I joined Clean Health in December 2014 because I was looking for a challenge with my training and needing to be pushed a little further. I’ve been training on and off for years but was not seeing any change in my body shape.
After meeting with Emily and provided with an overview of Clean Health’s vision, facilities and approach I signed up straight away. Michal was assigned as my Personal Trainer and over the last 3 months he has dramatically changed the way I view exercise and diet. He has demonstrated first-hand the benefits and results of good nutrition, weight training and building strength. Michal is very professional, motivated and friendly. Michal is very understanding in tailoring my training sessions to achieve my personal goals of toning up, building strength and lean muscle. Currently, I have managed to increase my lean muscle by 2kg and drop 4.8% body fat.
Michal is very knowledgeable and gave me plenty of support and advice on how to change my lifestyle to a healthier one and continually looked for research and helpful articles to support my health and vegan dietary requirements. Michal keeps my training interesting, I feel stronger, healthier and I have more energy. I am very grateful to Michal and would definitely recommend Michal to anyone at any fitness level.
