For years I have been training in and out of every commercial gyms in and outside of Sydney. It’s all the same, who can check themselves out in the mirror with most subtly and who can make a mockery of the squat. When I came to Clean Health I wanted a no nonsense trainer whom would push me to my limits and uphold the dignity of form and technique in the weight room.
I was luckily paired up with a trainer who clearly practiced what they preached and loved to share his knowledge to get the most out of people. It was clear from the get go that Clean Health were not your average Fitness First PT who got their qualification out of a cereal box. I was most impressed with his university degree and other practical experience.
From the get go the sessions were like something I have never experienced. The Trainers were extremely strict on my form, tempo and rest. I started to see a change in my physique in the first few weeks, which was surprising as I have been training for years and am already quite lean from running and surf life saving.
At the end of the 12 weeks my strength had increased well above my expectation, most probably due to my technique being corrected and enforced session after session. Along with this change I have managed to better my diet, which was to say the least below par before I began with Clean Health.
I can’t wait to see what we achieve next over the next few months.
