My trainer Brad Soper was amazing. On our first session he identified my weaknesses and created a targeted diet and training program based on Biosigniture modulation. Brad changed the program every 3 weeks to keep me challenged and motivated. He also made himself available outside of our usual training sessions to answer any questions I had.
12 weeks later I’m leaner yet look bigger, I’m sleeping better at night with an abundance of energy during the day. I am also armed with a wealth of knowledge to continue building on my results for years to come.
