I have been a coach since 2015. This has been my interest since I started training with my brother in High School – I decided to turn it into a career because I knew how difficult it was for me to start. Plenty of times I gave up! I also was self-taught through The Muscle Encyclopedia book (not an ebook!) and wanted to take the guesswork out of it for others stumbling through this period.
Since Completing my Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness, I have done a lot of further education along with constantly reading studies and listening to podcasts, these include:
Level 1 & 2 Performance PT Coach through Clean Health Fitness Institute Completed 2016 and re-sit 2019
Level 1,2 & 3 Nutrition Coach through Clean Health Fitness Institute Completed 2016 and re-sit 2019.

This has helped me understand myself as a coach and where I sit: Exercise execution is extremely fundamental for me and where my strengths lie. Troubleshooting muscle groups and progressing or regressing exercises to build further into complex training methods with a good level of base framework. My other focus is always getting lean! My philosophy is that a leaner body will always out-perform a lesser so. This is important for sleep, muscle building and general well-being so I focus on this initially.
Lastly, something to know about me is I get all my steps in with my four-legged friend beside me! I love dogs and getting outside in the sun or sand.
