Within 14 weeks of working with Mark, i lost 7kg’s! Now, thanks to Mark's methods, I have a much better relationship with food. I eat all foods quite flexibly and I've managed to achieve great results with my body composition. My glutes have really transformed since working with Mark and so has my strength, I hit a PB 10 days out from my WBFF show of 125kgs/275lbs on my low bar squat!
When I came to Mark he straight away increased my calories from 1,800 to 3,100, I'm now eating the most I've ever eaten! Mark gave me a program that was a lot more glute focused and already I'm seeing so many changes! He has become pretty much the number one guy in Australia to go to for glutes!
During comp prep and in a deficit, throughout my comp prep, I have gotten stronger, especially my squat and deadlift. My whole prep with Mark has been amazing. I really enjoy Mark's training program design. I love how it changes every three weeks, and there's heaps of variety. In each program I have become stronger! I couldn't be happier with the results of his methods and training programs.
I signed up with Mark after attending one of his nutrition courses at Clean Health. Having done a lot of programs in the past as a personal trainer, i’ve found nothing's really compared to Mark Carroll's programs. Every three weeks they change, they have variety! What I really enjoy is that each program has a focus of getting stronger, but also building that bikini body!
