Course Prerequisites: None
In this 3-day certification you will learn the fundamentals of how to assess and correct structural imbalances of the upper and lower extremity. You will also be taught the importance of correct exercise technique and progression for the upper and lower body.
The principles of program design for fat loss and hypertrophy will also be discussed in depth along with how to correctly coach and cue clients to achieve optimal results.
The CHFI PT level 1 certification is suitable for personal trainers brand new to the industry along with those who are experienced and wish to learn our rehabilitation, beginner and intermediate level program design methods for fat loss and hypertrophy.
