Service: 12-Week Transformation Program & Ongoing
At the end of 2012 I had a few life changing occurrences that took me from having everything I thought I wanted in life to not even having a roof over my head, walking away with a bag of clothes and my dog.
They say hitting rock bottom is a blessing in disguise if you realise you have the opportunity to build yourself back up to be the exact person you want to be. I saw that opportunity and ran with it!
I wanted to build myself up to be the strongest, fittest, healthiest me I could be. I had the motivation and commitment to achieve this however I felt I needed guidance to help me get on the right track.
Within a week Brad knew my weaknesses, my strengths, sussed out my Crossfit background (which I was still secretly obsessed with and missing dearly) and he had started thinking about a whole new program to get me where I wanted to be.
My sessions were cut down to 4 a week, I was told to start eating more, and he brought back the flame by introducing some crossfit moves into my program.
Within 3 weeks my body fat had dropped more than it had in the 6 months! The numbers on the scales meant less and the numbers on the bar meant more! I was doing less, eating more, becoming stronger and was in a much healthier headspace! Finally I felt like I was building that person I wanted to be and nothing was getting in my way!
I have been training with Brad for 4 months now and our focus is now placed on performance without a worry of being a few pounds heavier on the scales, because we are breaking my own personal records on the gym floor. Now that’s a healthy mindset!
I’m the strongest, fittest and healthiest version of me I have ever been! I did all the hard work. I produced all the sweat and tears but it took the skills, knowledge and respect for my needs, from Brad, to put me on the right road.
It’s easy to be fit but that doesn’t mean you’re healthy. If you want to better yourself from the inside out, smash your personal goals, leave the bro science behind and get educated, learn the technical skills of weightlifting and be the best person you can be, I recommend Brad and the team at Clean Health to walk that path with you!
