Package: 12 week fat loss transformation
I’ve been training for about 7 years, however I started to lose my way a bit towards the end of 2012, especially leading up to Christmas and during the holiday period. I was binge drinking most nights, eating crap food or hardly eating at all and rarely getting myself to the gym. I was in the worst shape I had ever been in.
After seeing some of the fantastic results at Clean Health I contacted Daine and told him my situation. I needed someone to kick me up the butt and to motivate me to get back into shape.
Daine set me up on a 12-week program with my Clean Health personal trainer. A lot of the workouts were grueling to say the least but the results were worth it. From week 1 I started to see results, motivating me to stick to my diet and training.
In the first 10-12 weeks that I was training with Andrew, I had put on about 5 kilos of lean muscle and dropped over 9% body fat and was able to get myself under 10% body fat.
Although I was no novice to the gym scene, I learnt more in 12 weeks with Andrew and the team at Clean Health than I have my 7 years of training. Not only did Andrew know what he was talking about, but we also became close friends by the end of it too, making it easier to get through each session. In fact, I enjoyed it that much that I signed up for another 6 weeks and plan to do another program with Andrew after the football season finishes.
There are so many mixed messages out there when it comes to fitness and every body is different, so it’s good to see how Clean Health are able to work with your body and find out what works best for each individual.
