In this seminar you will learn from two of Australia’s leading Strength Coaches on how to get yourself, your clients and athletes strong for any strength sport. In the level 1 course Daine and Sebastian cover the base elements needed by a coach to get a client strong in sports such as weightlifting, powerlifting, track cycling, boxing, rugby and more!
There is a huge emphasis on the practical component of lifting along with technique execution in this course. You will learn how to execute the primary lifts such as the squat, deadlift and benchpress effectively with yourself and clients.
Base methods on how to design nutrition programs for your clients along with program design for the strength athlete are also covered so whether you are a seasoned strength coach or new to the industry as a personal trainer you will take away tools from this course that you can implement the following day!
